Agents spend most of their wall-clock time waiting on CI and other remote work — but they can still plan ahead. This queue keeps that speculative plan visible: phases stack from start to finish with taller cells for longer waits. Subagents register steps, then go silent until earlier events return. When an estimate breaks, dependents recalculate and new steps slide into the gap.
