Context-bound settings added to the repertoire
Settings as a dependent process: a pane that follows activity state and shows only applicable controls — with essay, docs, mockups, and an interactive desk.
Context-bound settings entered the repertoire: configuration as a dependent process beside the activity UI, not a storage room across town.
When the main surface is on a selected user, the settings pane shows user controls. When it moves to editing a group, the same pane rebinds. The global catalog stays; the default altitude changes.
